Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Donations

No online payment gateway is currently active on our website or mobile app. Contributions are arranged directly with the party office rather than collected through this website, and we do not collect or store card, UPI or net-banking credentials. The terms in this section apply to any contribution made to the Party, and will apply unchanged to online contributions if we introduce that facility later.

Donations to Telangana Rakshana Sena are voluntary political contributions and, as a general rule, are non-refundable once received, donations support ongoing party and campaign activity and cannot be “returned” in the ordinary commercial sense.

We will, however, return a contribution where:

• A duplicate payment was made for the same contribution in error;
• An amount reached us but was not recorded against you, or was recorded for the wrong amount;
• The contribution is later identified as unauthorised or fraudulent, subject to verification;
• The contribution cannot lawfully be accepted by the Party.

To request a refund under these circumstances, contact us within 7 days at info@trsparty.org with your payment reference and registered mobile number. Approved refunds are returned by the same route the money reached us, to the originating bank account or payment instrument, normally within 5–7 business days of approval. We do not make cash refunds.

2. Merchandise Orders

• Cancellation: an order may be cancelled free of charge any time before it is marked “Shipped” in the app, by contacting us with your order reference.
• Once shipped: orders cannot be cancelled, but may be eligible for a replacement (see below).
• Damaged or incorrect item: if you receive damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or, where a replacement is not possible, a refund to the original payment method.
• Change of mind: merchandise is sold at a subsidised, near-cost price to support outreach, so change-of-mind returns are not accepted once an order has shipped.

Refunds for merchandise, where applicable, are returned by the same route the payment reached us, within 5–7 business days of approval.

We may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time; the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
