Kalvakuntla Kavitha (b. 13 Mar 1978) is the founder and president of Telangana Rakshana Sena, launched on 25 April 2026 in Hyderabad. A former Member of Parliament from Nizamabad (2014–2019) and Member of the Legislative Council, she is also the founder of Telangana Jagruthi, a socio-cultural organisation that played a role in the Telangana statehood movement. She announced TRS with a five-point public agenda after parting ways with the Bharat Rashtra Samithi.
